iOS update issue
Just a heads up I’m seeing an update app on your app but Apple Store shows no update..
Any update on this as I’m having to view this through browser? I could try deleting and reinstalling app but feel this won’t resolve the actual issue.. Hoping this doesn’t happen when I launch the app in the next few weeks 🙂
David Thats our fault we set the minimum version 1.4.0
we changed it so you can add versioning PER now so ios or google to avoid this issue.
The issue is google will approve your app in like 30mins when submitting new builds and Apple can be 30mins or 3days! they vary.
We set the minimum version gate on our site to early Apple is STILL reviewing that last update. So we are saying you cant enter without this update and its taking you to apple store but apple hasn't approved it. Its totally controllable via the dashboard you set the minimum version or leave it blank, our goal was to force everyone onto 1.4.0 as a minimum but we jumped the gun.
reverted the gate to 1.3.9 on IOS till apple gets caught up!
