I noticed a functional discrepancy between the web version and the mobile app regarding how "Topics" work in the feed.
When browsing the community on the web, if a published post has a specific topic assigned to it, clicking on that topic correctly redirects us to a filtered view showing all the posts associated with that specific topic.
However, in the mobile app, if we tap on the topic tag of a post in the feed, nothing happens. It seems the tag isn't clickable on mobile.
My suggestion: It would be great to bring this feature to the app as well! Making the topics clickable in the mobile feed so they link to their respective topic feeds would ensure feature parity across platforms and greatly improve content discovery for users
Hi Andre — good news, this one's done too. You spotted a real gap and it's now closed.
Topic tags in the feed are tappable in the app, just like on the web. Tap a #Topic chip on a post and it filters to that topic: if you're already in a space feed it filters right there in place, and if you tap one from somewhere else (like the main activity feed) it jumps you to that post's space with the topic already applied — so you land on exactly the filtered view you'd expect.
It's in app version 1.4.0 — update from the Play Store (Settings/About shows your current version) and those chips will be live.
Thanks again — the feature-parity instinct is spot on, and this one genuinely helps content discovery like you said.
