Leaderboard

I dont understand why the leaderboard it is just showing you and not the other peolple!

Great question! Two different systems here, so let me explain.

Fluent Community (the platform this community runs on) does have its own built-in leaderboard, and the app fully supports it — we just have it turned off. Its scoring is pretty limited: the only thing that earns you a point is someone reacting to your post or comment. That's it. Nothing else counts.

So instead we run GamiPress, which is far more capable. It can award multiple different point types, and those points can be triggered by just about anything — reactions, comments, posts, logging in, completing a course, you name it. Our GamiPress add-on supports all of it natively in the app: achievement screens, notifications, badges, and the leaderboard you're looking at.

The reason it looks empty is that we're building our gamification from scratch, and that takes a little time to do well. Right now there are only two achievements set up for testing, and the board ranks by current point balance — so anyone who hasn't earned points yet simply doesn't appear. As we add more ways to earn, the board will fill in with everyone.
