This policy applies to the Two Birds Code website (twobirdscode.com), our whitelabel community mobile applications (including the TBC Community App), our WordPress plugins, our SaaS services, and any other products or services offered by Two Birds Code LLC.

Billing and Payment Information

When you purchase a product or subscribe to a service, payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Paddle collects and processes your billing information (name, billing address, email, payment method details, tax identifiers where required) in accordance with their privacy policy, available at paddle.com. We receive only the information necessary to fulfill your order: name, email, country, and transaction reference.

  • Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app

  • Photo Library (read) โ€” to select images for posts, messages, or your profile
  • Photo Library (write) โ€” to save images from the app to your device
  • Push Notifications โ€” to receive community notifications

All device permissions are optional and may be revoked at any time through your device settings.

Our Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
