Overview

All purchases of Two Birds Code LLC products are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to all purchases. This Refund Policy explains how we approach refunds in coordination with Paddle.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of completing your transaction and receive a full refund.

However, because our products are digital content (software, mobile applications, WordPress plugins, and hosted services), by downloading, accessing, installing, activating, or otherwise beginning to use the product you consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or access has begun. This is consistent with applicable consumer protection law, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund in either of two ways:

  1. Contact Paddle directly through paddle.net with your order details. Paddle handles refund processing as Merchant of Record.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the email address used at purchase, and a brief description of the reason for the request. We will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, through paddle.net, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Defective or Misdescribed Products

If a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to function as documented, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate a refund through Paddle. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly and in good faith.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
